Over the past couple of months the Net Neighbourhood website has been evolving.
Previously the site was not much more than a business card, providing a brief insight
into the services offered and a means of contact. The vision for the new site is
to provide a much more in-depth 'portal' site leading to a wealth of information
for existing customers, new customers and browsers alike. The site will provide
guides and how-to's for many of the 'common' issues affecting PCs today. From descriptions
of spyware and viruses and how to clean them to how to install a new graphics card
on your PC. Of course if you are unsure of how to do any of these things or just
plain don't have the time you can always
ask us
to do it..
For Net Neighbourhood's existing customers there will soon be a way of logging into
the system and accessing all of the invoices you have been issued, requesting help
and those of you who have subscribed to our
new support schemes
will be able to view all the details of your account including how much 'support
time' you have used and more importantly how much you have left.
Obviously all this change is going to take quite some time and there are plans to
add more and more features as time goes by. If you can think of anything that you
would find useful to see here please let us know.
